On June 21, the social forum organized by Yulia Baranovskaya will take place at the International RUSSIA EXPO. The forum will showcase the stories of participants in the social projects "Women of Donbass" and "People of Donbass". These projects not only tell the stories of the region's residents but also touch on important themes such as compassion and mutual aid, dedication to one's work, profession and Motherland. They address issues of education, motherhood and childhood, and carry significant educational and social contexts.

The forum will explore how life in Donbass has changed over the past two years and how these changes have been reflected in life in Russia or the "mainland", as it is referred to in Donbass. The "Women of Donbass" social forum will take place on two platforms of the Exposition on June 21, supported by the Russian Society "Knowledge" and the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.

In Pavilion No. 57, from 11:00 to 18:00, strategic sessions will be held featuring Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergei Novikov, Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Social Projects, Sergei Kravtsov, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, and project participants: Irina Gaidichuk, who has been raising humanitarian aid in Italy since 2014, Lyudmila Vasyuta, whose adopted daughter miraculously survived after a missile by the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a playground, and other speakers.

From 18:00 to 20:00 in Pavilion No. 75, a socio-cultural program will reflect the main thesis: as long as culture lives, so does the country. The program includes the presentation and public reading of the book "Women of Donbass", creative performances by project participants, musical performances by members of the group 123RD POLK and a performance by Russian singer Rodion Gazmanov.

The "Women of Donbass" project was created two years ago. Thanks to it, about ten million people have learned the real stories of people living in Donbass. The project has provided targeted assistance to 30 women. Later, projects such as "Children of Donbass" and "People of Donbass" were launched, which also provided targeted assistance.

The International RUSSIA EXPO showcases the country's most significant achievements in a single place. Throughout the Exposition, guests can attend cultural events, a rich business and educational program. The Exposition features displays from 89 regions of Russia, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations. Over 16 million people have visited the Exposition so far. The International RUSSIA EXPO is being held at VDNH in Moscow from November 4 to July 8.
