"We Are Russia!": the film by the RUSSIA EXPO Directorate and RT will be shown in dozens of countries around the world
The
Directorate of the International RUSSIA EXPO and RT TV channel will present the
documentary "We Are Russia!" in 26 countries in 13 languages. The
heroes of the film are Russian citizens who have returned to their small
homeland for a few days to share memories of their childhood and youth.
Screenings will be held in Rossotrudnichestvo offices and with the support of
embassies, the movie will also be released on national TV channels and in
social networks.
Viewers in
different parts of the world will see the story of modern Russia told by famous
people. The movie was filmed with the participation of Russia's leading figures
in culture, medicine and sports, who for a few days returned to the regions
where they were born, grew up or spent a significant part of their lives. All
of them share memories from the past and see how their city, region and country
as a whole have changed over a quarter of a century. Through their own stories,
the heroes of the movie prove that Russia today is a country of opportunities.
Among the
participants of the movie are cosmonaut and Hero of Russia Sergei
Kud-Sverchkov, test pilot and Hero of Russia Oleg Mutovin, pianist Denis
Matsuev, figure skater Kamila Valieva, actor Yegor Beroev, chess grandmaster
Sergei Karyakin, Yaroslav Dronov (singer SHAMAN).
The picture
has been translated into 12 foreign languages, including English, French,
Spanish, Serbian, Arabic, Chinese and Hindi. The first foreign screenings have
taken place in India, Egypt, Syria, Vietnam, Spain, Uzbekistan, Belarus,
Argentina, Hungary, China, Cyprus and other countries. The movie will be shown
on leading Indonesian TV channels in Indonesian language, as well as on TV
channels in Serbia and Nicaragua.

The
premiere of the documentary film by author Dmitry Khrustalev and director
Ekaterina Kozhakina "We Are Russia!" took place on December 8, 2023
as part of the International RUSSIA EXPO in Moscow at VDNH. The screening was
attended by 1500 spectators.

International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country
gathered in one place. Throughout the Exposition, cultural events, a rich
