To become an explosives technician in a brucite quarry, all you have to do is put on VR glasses at the stand of the Jewish autonomous region - the Day of this region is held at the International RUSSIA EXPO. Visitors will get acquainted with the unique culture and folklore of the region.

Guests of the exposition interact with a friendly robot at the region's stand, listen to local music and learn more about the region. For example, lecturers of the Russian Society "Knowledge" talked about the city with a special destiny - Birobidzhan.

One of the main events of the Day of the Region was the musical program "Jewish Town". It is based on national folklore, dances and humor - the performance immerses the guests in the atmosphere of noisy Jewish streets.

The region shared its successes and outlined the prospects for moving forward. Governor Rostislav Goldstein spoke about the development of industry, economy and unique nature.

"We have beautiful lakes, where you can see the blooming of the unique Komarov lotus - this is one of the wonders of the Jewish autonomous region. Health resort "Kuldur" works and helps to recuperate to thousands of our residents and guests - it is the finest siliceous water, which comes to the surface with a temperature of more than 78 degrees," said the head of the region.

It should be reminded that during the whole period of the RUSSIA EXPO the most important achievements of 89 regions, as well as leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented on the territory of VDNH in Moscow.
