The "NOISy Start" shift of the year-round youth educational center "SHUM" (lit. "NOISE") opened the Weeks of Forums of Rosmolodezh.

On the first day of the shift, the "Day of the Best Content" was held in Pavilion No. 55 "Home of Youth", where visitors were told about the "SHUM" center - the guests of the venue could take part in contests on content creation and other activities. An interactive quiz with questions about the Kaliningrad region "Know and Come" was waiting for the guests.

The morning of April 13 started with "MediaWarmup", which gave a charge of energy for the whole day. The guests could attend "Conversations about Content", where they talked about trends, challenges and opportunities of family blogs.

And on April 14, the "Blog Tour Through the Eyes of NOISy" took place — blogger guides led teams of kids aged 14 to 17 years old around the Exposition by three alternative routes. In addition, those who wished could star in a video in a new section of the SHUM Center called "Man to Man", which tells about facts of life, difficulties and people.

The SHUM Center is an educational platform for interaction between authorities, youth, experts, mentors, and all regions of our country. The target audience of the center are young journalists, bloggers and producers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, press secretaries and PR specialists in government, public and business organizations, as well as social media managers, activists who want to prove themselves in the media, employees of media holdings, regional and federal media, specialists in related professions that influence the development of journalism between the ages of 18 and 35.
