Light show in honor of the Heroes of the Fatherland

Light show in honor of the Heroes of the Fatherland
12.09.2023

A unique light show dedicated to the Heroes of the Fatherland Day was organized at the RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH.

During the forty-second performance the audience could get acquainted with the history of the highest military award of Russia - the Order of St. George, established in 1769 by Empress Catherine the Great. The second part of the light show demonstrated how heroes are honored in Russia centuries later.

Regular thematic light shows are held on the front wall of Pavilion No. 1 of VDNH. The shows tell about the Movement of the First, the platform "Russia - Land of Opportunities", and the World Youth Festival to be held in Sochi next March.

By the end of 2023, more light shows will be waiting for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO, including those dedicated Constitution Day and the New Year 2024.

The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. During the whole period of the Exposition, guests are welcomed with cultural and entertainment events, a rich business and educational program. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors. The International RUSSIA EXPO is held at VDNH in Moscow from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024.
