Cheese marmalade and sheep milk "Teodoro" with cornflowers: real delicacies await guests at the Farmers Fair
From April 16 to 24 in Pavilion No. 48 at the RUSSIA EXPO,
you can taste unique and incredibly tasty products from all over the country.
From reindeer meat from the Komi Republic to red salmon yukola prepared in the
Moscow region. And, as always, a huge variety of classic and author's cheeses
awaits the guests.
The brand from the Nizhny Novgorod region will once again
present semi-hard cheeses from cow, goat and mixed milk of different degrees of
maturity, which are already favorite among the fair visitors. It will be
possible to try and buy cheeses with various additives: fenugreek, Provence
herbs, chili pepper flakes, as well as cheese for grilling, which is very
important for the barbecue season. Fans of spicy flavors will like hard cheese
shaped like small balls in a sprinkling of black pepper with pink Himalayan
salt and garlic.
A cheese factory from Tatarstan also brought its products.
The farm is located in an ecologically clean area of the republic, local
cheeses are multiple winners of cheese contests and festivals. The assortment
includes more than 60 kinds of cheeses for every taste. Including the famous
cheese aged in wine, as well as cheese with caramel and coffee crust.
The Moscow region will again bring its hard and semi-hard
cheeses of craft production. The products have won many medals in such
competitions as Quality Guarantee (gold), Best Cheese of Russia, Russian
Cheese, and Baltic Cheese Awards.
A small Moscow cheese factory will also please guests. In
addition to classic cheeses, its assortment includes unique cheese desserts and
cheese sweets made with the use of Belgian chocolate. The cheesemakers also try
to convey gastronomic traditions of different nations of the world in their
author's cheeses. Belper Knolle are characterized by a sprinkling of roasted
peppers. Halloumi is cooked according to a real Cypriot recipe. Pesto sauce is
made of two kinds of pine nuts and cashews with the addition of two hard
varieties of cheese, and GHEE butter strictly follows Indian traditions.
Lovers of unusual cheese should also definitely try the
products from the Ulyanovsk region. In 2021, soft sheep milk cheese
"Teodoro" with cornflowers received a gold medal at the Agro
Exposition "Golden Autumn". This is an incredibly delicate cheese
with a stunning flavor that will leave no one indifferent.
And the participant from the Ivanovo region will present a
real variety of cheese flavors and textures, thanks to the fact that they
carefully select and does not separate milk. This allows to preserve the unique
taste and unique aroma of the product. There are also cheese sweets in the
assortment: marmalade and pastila which have become real hits among the guests.
In addition, the Farmers Fair offers fish, meat and sausage
products, as well as natural products from wild and garden berries, mushrooms,
pine nuts and medicinal herbs.

One of the tracks of the Open Dialogue is "Investments in Human Capital." The pitch session on this topic brought together over 30 speakers.
One of the key topics for discussion within the initiative became "Investments in Connectivity," which attracted 24% of the essay authors about the future of the world.
