Tatyana Golikova and Anton Kotyakov took part in the launch of the inclusive fair at the RUSSIA EXPO
A special
inclusive fair was launched at the "Family. Work. Longevity" stand of
the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia at the International
RUSSIA EXPO. The opening of the fair was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of
Russia Tatyana Golikova and Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia
Anton Kotyakov.
At the fair
one can find various ceramic, painted, glass Christmas toys with New Year
wishes, original mugs and glasses, shopper bags, laptop cases, wooden phone
stands, plaids, mittens and scarves. All these memorable souvenirs are made
with special warmth. Their authors are people with disabilities, teenagers and
young people with special health needs, and the warm gifts are knitted by
elderly people.
The
mechanics of the project is very simple. Those who fulfill a child's dream with
the help of the All-Russian New Year Tree of Wishes campaign receive a special
electronic certificate. This certificate can be exchanged for any gift at the
fair. The project was realized with the support of the Movement of the First.
"All-Russian New Year Tree of Wishes campaign is held for the sixth year. During the existence of the campaign, with the exception of this year, more than 106 thousand wishes have been fulfilled for the amount of more than 1 billion 300 million rubles - this is what can be counted. Because, for example, a meeting with a famous person cannot be estimated in any way. This year we have already received more than 100 thousand applications. All over the country wishes are being actively fulfilled: we have 20 Wish Trees at the RUSSIA EXPO alone, and there are such trees in all 89 regions", - said Timur Safin, the head of the All-Russian Wish Tree campaign.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. Throughout the entire period of the exposition, guests will be welcomed with cultural and entertainment events, a rich business and educational program. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors. The exposition will run at VDNH in Moscow until April 12.
