Themed quiz "All About Victory and More" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA
The educational quiz "All About Victory and More," dedicated to the history of the Great Patriotic War and the heroic legacy of our country, was held on May 10 at the National Centre RUSSIA. The intellectual competition brought together dozens of participants of all ages and became a notable event among the original projects of the National Centre RUSSIA aimed at preserving historical memory.
For two hours, in the cultural space of the Gastronomic Rows of the National Centre RUSSIA, quiz participants demonstrated their knowledge of key events of the Great Patriotic War, heroes of the front and home front, and the cultural legacy of the war years. Particular interest was sparked by tasks that required not only recalling historical facts but also showing attentiveness, logic, and ingenuity.
Among the 13 teams, third place in the intellectual quiz went to the family team "Stalingrad," second place was awarded to the volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA, and the first place was taken by the centre’s tour guides — the team "Journey Across Russia."
"The game was wonderful. We are not a well-practised team, but we've known each other for quite a long time, so we understand one another with just a glance or a word, and we were happy to make time to take part in this quiz. We were definitely motivated when we found ourselves in second place after the first round, but in the end, we managed to win and are very pleased with that. Events like this are really important, because even if you don’t know something, other teams will share it with you — and then you can pass on that knowledge yourself. Many thanks to the organisers for choosing such a meaningful topic during the days of celebrating the Great Victory," said Tatiana Lazareva, captain of the "Journey Across Russia" team, sharing her impressions of the project.
All quiz participants received commemorative pins from the National Centre RUSSIA, and the winners took home well-deserved prizes.
