More than 3 thousand residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region voted for their region’s achievements on the "Achievements.RF" portal. Thirteen projects are presented there.

The most active voting is for the title "Nizhny Novgorod — the Capital of Youth". The region pays great attention to youth policy, support of youth projects and events. Some of them are also presented as nominees. For example, the youth space "Vysota" («Heights») and the festival "TechnoStrelka".

The second place among the leading projects is held by the Nizhny Novgorod metro bridge, which connected two parts of the city, managed to unload other bridges and helped residents save travel time. The third place is also taken by a bridge — the Second Bor Bridge, it is loved for its unusual appearance and bright illumination. Immediately after its opening, the bridge became a landmark of the city.

The region also presented the production of "GAZon NEXT" trucks at the "GAZ" plant, Vyksa metallurgical plant, "Vostok" livestock breeding complex in the Pochinkovsky district, automated vegetable warehouses in the Lukoyanovsky and Shatkovsky districts.

As a reminder, the portal "Achievements.RF" was launched in preparation for the International RUSSIA EXPO. On the site you can get acquainted with the key achievements of our country and regions, as well as vote for the favorite nominees.
