Udmurt culture, big race and qigong festival. What will happen at the RUSSIA EXPO on June 9
Sports,
educational and cultural events for the whole family await guests at the
International RUSSIA EXPO on June 9. Visitors will be able to take part in a
masterclass on qigong health gymnastics, get acquainted with the culture of
Udmurtia, and attend a concert of Russian spiritual music.
During the
day, guests of the Exposition will be able to see with their own eyes an Udmurt
hut, meet the heroes of fairy tales and myths, as well as play a traditional
instrument and book a trip to Udmurtia.

The First National Sports Race
Within the
framework of the national holiday "Gerber", a race for adults (5 and
10 km) and children (500 m and 1 km) will be held. It will be possible to take
part in the sports competition in the national costume of one of the peoples of
Russia. Sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev will conduct the race and award the
winners.

Immersive performance "The Wedding"
You can
take part in the staged scene of the bride and groom's wedding and immerse
yourself in the inexpressible wedding atmosphere of the last century within the
framework of the interactive celebration. The main characters will be young
couples who have just got married or engaged and want to experience how young
people used to get married. The interactive is based on the wedding traditions
of the Vologda, Tomsk, Belgorod and Novosibirsk regions.

Two
performances about Maryushka's boundless love for her soulmate, compassion and
overcoming a difficult path will take place at the Exposition during the day.

Festival of health-improving qigong
Everyone
will be able to take part in masterclasses on health-improving qigong
gymnastics for children and adults, see demonstration performances of teams,
try their hand at Go and Chinese painting, enjoy music from the Celestial
Empire.

You can
hear songs from famous Soviet and Russian films and enjoy the music of great
composers in Pavilion D "Our Culture". Melodies from fragments of
movies will be played there for the guests of the Exposition.

Film screening "Novels of Russia" and their Stories
The
Exposition will host another series of film screenings about people living
outside the Moscow Ring Road who have found freedom and happiness in village
life.

Masterpieces of Russian choral music
Guests will
be able to hear Russian spiritual music of the choir under the direction of
Valery Borisov, the chief choirmaster of the Bolshoi Theater, and immerse

The Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48 invites you to be amazed by the variety and richness of tastes. Cheeses, sausages, delicacies, Siberian berry jam, chocolate-covered cones, black and red caviar from all regions of the country are presented here. You can comfortably get to our Fair by route No. K, which departs from Pavilion No. 75, as well as from the stop "Northern Loop", located at the arch of the Main Entrance of VDNH. Pavilion No. 48 is within walking distance from the "City Farm" stop.

The final panel pitching session for the "Investments in Connectivity" track took place on 29 April at the National Centre RUSSIA.
On the second day of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" the most remarkable essays submitted by authors in each track were presented.
The topic "Investments in Human Capital" attracted the largest number of essays from around the world, becoming one of the most in-demand themes within the framework of the Open Dialogue.
