Unique organic cheeses and dairy products await guests at the Farmers Fair
This week, from February 27 to March 3, you can enjoy
gastronomic delights from all over the country in Pavilion 48. Meat, fish, sweets
and, of course, delicious cheeses can be tasted and purchased at affordable
prices.
The brand from Kaluga region "History in Bogimovo"
brought its special organic products. They are made from unique milk with a
pronounced creamy flavor, which is produced by Jersey cows. It has 25% more
calcium and 12% more phosphorus than milk from other cow breeds. Such milk
reaches 8% fat content, so cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese are more
nutritious and, of course, incredibly tasty, tender and flavorful.
It is not the first time that "Private Cheese Factory
No. 1" from the Moscow region will please guests with its products. The
family company from Podolsk produces handmade cheeses. The assortment includes
cheeses with blue and white mold, hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses with
different flavors and unusual additives.
Another favorite participant is the brand "Family
Cheese Factory Cream Street" from the Nizhny Novgorod region. Farmers will
present semi-hard cheeses made of cow, goat and mixed milk of different degrees
of ageing. Among the crowd's favorites are cheeses with fillings: fenugreek,
Provencal herbs, chili pepper flakes, there is also cheese for grilling, and
for gourmets there is a spicy hard cheese in the form of small balls in a
sprinkling of black pepper with pink Himalayan salt and garlic.
In addition, as always, the fair offers a large assortment
of meat and sausages, as well as dried and smoked fish. All products are
natural, cooked without chemicals and preservatives using traditional
technologies, which allows to preserve not only the amazing flavor, but also
useful substances.

can quickly and comfortably get to the fair by free bus: from the Northern
Entrance Arch (Pavilion 75) to Pavilion 48. Schedule: from 10:00 to 13:00, from
