Registration is ongoing for the third hackathon of the First Neurocontent Cup, which is being organised by the "Russia – Land of Opportunity" Presidential Platform together with the Internet Development Institute, the National Centre RUSSIA, and the Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies ANO. The event will take place on 15 December in Krasnoyarsk and will be part of the events scheduled for opening the National Centre RUSSIA branch in the region. The project aims to identify and support talented specialists who use neural network technologies to create content about the achievements and future of our country. The application period is open until 5 December. You can register HERE.

The experience received while running the two previous hackathons has proven the relevance and demand for developing neurocontent in Russia. Holding the third such event in Krasnoyarsk will not only help identify new talented creators but will also strengthen and expand the professional community shaping a positive image of Russia's future.

The in-person stage involves team work: participants will need to form groups of 2 to 4 people and distribute the roles of text generator, image generator, digital animator, and sound engineer. Within two hours, the teams will create short viral videos up to 60 seconds long.

The overarching theme for the mini-stories will remain "The Future Russia is...", and in the version designed for Krasnoyarsk, it will be "The Future Krasnoyarsk region is...". Participants will need to explore this theme through four key aspects:

— A place of strength and amazing tourist opportunities: from pristine taiga to gastronomic delights;

— A multinational and multicultural family that respects the traditions of each member of it;

— A centre of global scientific research and innovation;

— A territory of successful young people who are capable of incredible discoveries and achievements.

School students from grades 10-11, academia students, and young specialists aged 16 and over are invited to participate. They must possess practical skills in working with neural network tools for generating texts, images, video, and audio. Mandatory requirements also include proficiency in basic editing techniques and having a portfolio. Registration is done via a personal account on the RCV digital platform, after which the organisers will conduct a selection based on the submitted application forms and portfolios.

The First Neurocontent Cup has established itself as an effective platform for demonstrating the capabilities of artificial intelligence in creating a positive media space. The uniqueness of the project lies in its ability to unite professionals from different specialities – graphic designers, developers, content managers, scriptwriters, copywriters, video makers, motion designers, and AI creators. For them, it provides an opportunity not only to gain recognition at the federal level but also to contribute to the formation of Russia's new digital space.

The strategic objectives of the initiative remain: creating conditions for the specialists’ professional self-realisation in the media and artificial intelligence sectors, supplying the media market with a worthy young professional workforce, and generating high-quality content for state and commercial structures.

The participants' work will be judged by media industry professionals. The winners will receive not only commemorative merchandise from the organisers but also invitations for internships with partner companies. The main prize will be a 500,000-rouble contract with the "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies" ANO to create socially significant content. Finalists will also have a chance to complete the professional development course titled "New Media Leaders Development Programme" from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, which will be an important step in the further professional development of young creators.
