You can see the origin of the universe and explore the solar system at the International RUSSIA EXPO. To do this, you need to visit the exposition of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

KCR is called the astrophysical capital of Russia for a reason. The largest scientific facilities for space exploration are located in the republic. Including the largest observatory in the country — SAO RAS. Its model is presented at the stand, and inside, thanks to VR-technologies, a real galactic journey awaits the visitors. An informative virtual quest was developed by the Russian company Portal VR. Visitors to the exposition, from morning till evening, queue up to take the helm of the spaceship.

"At first, it’s a bit difficult to control the spaceship, but then you get used to it. They tell how the universe originated, you can see different constellations, planets of the Solar System, and then get to our Earth, but in prehistoric times with dinosaurs!" — Sergey Popov, a first-grader, shared his emotions.

Seryozha admitted that he had not been interested in space before, but it turned out to be very interesting to study it in virtual reality.

"We are delighted with the exposition, today we came with our younger son, we thought the older one would not be interested, and it was a mistake. Next weekend we will come back as a family!", — said Polina — Sergey’s mother. After the exposition of Karachay-Cherkessia, Seryozha and his parents want to visit the stand of Omsk, where you can go into space in a model of the Angara rocket.

It should be reminded that the International RUSSIA EXPO is open until April 12, 2024. Everyone can visit it for free.
