Construction of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Yugra nears completion
The construction of a branch of the National Centre RUSSIA
is underway in Khanty-Mansiysk. The Governor of the Area Ruslan Kukharuk
inspected the progress of the work. According to him, finishing works are being
completed in the space, and furniture installation has begun.
"I inspected the progress of the construction of the
National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra. A tremendous amount of work is underway across
the premises with a total area of about 6,000 sq.m. More than 200 people work
on the site daily. Builders are finishing the interior works, furniture
installation has already begun, and multimedia equipment is being installed and
commissioned in some of the exposition halls," wrote Ruslan Kukharuk on
his Telegram channel.
According to him, the composition is based on ideas from the
residents of Yugra, which were collected during strategic sessions in March
this year. The task was set to present the unique features of each of the 22
municipalities, giving attention to the region's natural wealth and
achievements.
The Governor also noted that in addition to the exposition,
the National Centre RUSSIA branch will feature: a youth space, conference
halls, office premises, the Department Store, and a gastronomic zone.
It is planned to open the branch before the end of 2025. The
opening will be timed to coincide with the celebration of the 95th anniversary
of the Autonomous Area.
"I am confident that this exposition venue will become
a key attraction not only for residents but also for guests of the region. It
is a space for dialogue, creativity, and new initiatives that will unite
Yugra's past, present, and future," Ruslan Kukharuk added.
55 projects have become nominees for the Third National Film Awards "Heroes of the Great Country".
