On January 24, 2025, the Russian society Znanie will organize a large-scale Knowledge.State Forum. The event will take place in Moscow at the National Centre RUSSIA and will bring together over 1,200 employees of federal government agencies.

Public service plays a key role in ensuring the sovereignty and stability of our country, making the primary goal of the forum to enhance the prestige and significance of public servants in society.

The event will feature government and public figures, Heroes of Russia, military correspondents, and experts in state policy, economics, science, and culture. "At the Russian society Znanie, we hold the work of public servants in high regard. Their efforts ensure the stability of the state, as they defend the country's and society's interests daily, responding to the challenges of the times. We consider it our duty to support them, which is why we organized the Knowledge.State Forum as a platform for development, experience sharing, and effective practices. During the event, over a thousand public servants from 74 ministries and agencies will attend lectures by outstanding individuals, gaining up-to-date and reliable information to enhance their personal and professional skills. I wish my colleagues to make the most of their time," noted Maxim Dreval, Director General of the Russian society Znanie.

The key topics of the Knowledge.State Forum will include national development goals and ways to achieve them, Russia's role in the world, issues of public policy, governance, law and order, as well as civil and military heroism during the special military operation, and Russia's cultural, historical, and spiritual values. The forum will be attended by employees of federal government bodies and their subordinate institutions from all federal districts of the country. More than 1,200 in-person participants from 74 government agencies are expected, and a live broadcast of the event on Znanie.TV will be available for government employees across all regions of Russia.

In addition to the main events, participants will have the opportunity to attend masterclasses on the media image of a public servant, public speaking, oratory skills, and effective management. The forum’s partner will be the All-Russian program "StateStart" by Rosmolodezh, which supports young federal and municipal government employees.
