On January 24, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the Knowledge.State Forum
On January
24, 2025, the Russian society Znanie will organize a large-scale
Knowledge.State Forum. The event will take place in Moscow at the National
Centre RUSSIA and will bring together over 1,200 employees of federal
government agencies.
Public
service plays a key role in ensuring the sovereignty and stability of our
country, making the primary goal of the forum to enhance the prestige and
significance of public servants in society.
The event
will feature government and public figures, Heroes of Russia, military
correspondents, and experts in state policy, economics, science, and culture.
They include: Baldan Tsydypov, Hero of the Russian Federation and commander of
a motorized rifle platoon of the 5th Separate Guards Tank Tatsinskaya Brigade;
Alexei Komissarov, Rector of RANEPA; Alexander Dugin, philosopher and Director
of the Ivan Ilyin Higher School of Politics at RGGU; Yevgeny Minchenko,
President of the Russian Public Relations Association and Director of the
Centre for Studies of Political Elites at MGIMO IIS; Mikhail Khomich, Chief
Managing Director and Chief Strategist at VEB.RF, and other experts.
Also
invited to speak at the forum are Vladimir Medinsky, Aide to the President of
the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian Military-Historical Society,
and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Russian society Znanie;
Denis Pushilin, Head of the Donetsk People's Republic; Maria Zakharova,
Director of the Information and Press Department and Official Representative of
the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Alexander Karelin, Senator of the
Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Sergei
Minaev, writer, historian, screenwriter, TV and radio host; and Vladimir
Solovyov, TV and radio host.

the Russian society Znanie, we hold the work of public servants in high regard.
Their efforts ensure the stability of the state, as they defend the country's
and society's interests daily, responding to the challenges of the times. We
consider it our duty to support them, which is why we organized the
Knowledge.State Forum as a platform for development, experience sharing, and
effective practices. During the event, over a thousand public servants from 74
ministries and agencies will attend lectures by outstanding individuals,
gaining up-to-date and reliable information to enhance their personal and
professional skills. I wish my colleagues to make the most of their time,"
noted Maxim Dreval, Director General of the Russian society Znanie.
The key
topics of the Knowledge.State Forum will include national development goals and
ways to achieve them, Russia's role in the world, issues of public policy,
governance, law and order, as well as civil and military heroism during the
special military operation, and Russia's cultural, historical, and spiritual
values. The forum will be attended by employees of federal government bodies
and their subordinate institutions from all federal districts of the country.
More than 1,200 in-person participants from 74 government agencies are expected,
and a live broadcast of the event on Znanie.TV will be available for government
employees across all regions of Russia.
In addition
to the main events, participants will have the opportunity to attend
masterclasses on the media image of a public servant, public speaking, oratory
skills, and effective management. The forum’s partner will be the All-Russian
program "StateStart" by Rosmolodezh, which supports young federal and
municipal government employees.
