The National Centre RUSSIA and the country's leading tour operators agreed on cooperation
A working meeting with representatives of the tour operator community took place at the National Centre RUSSIA. Around 30 representatives of travel companies attended the event. The visit began with a guided tour of the "Journey Across Russia" exposition, after which the participants discussed the organisation of group tours.
Anastasia Zvyagina, Deputy Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, highlighted the importance of such meetings.
"We appreciate that tour operators from all over the country come to visit the National Centre RUSSIA. These meetings are very important, because we share a common goal — to inspire love for Russia and introduce people to its achievements. The National Centre is a space where visitors can not only learn more about the country, but also see its accomplishments and feel proud. We have agreed on cooperation with tour operators, and in May they will return with tourist groups from different regions of the country," said Anastasia Zvyagina.
Dmitry Manin, Head of the Regional Council of the Russian Union of the Tourism Industry, highlighted the contribution of the National Centre RUSSIA to the development of domestic tourism.
"The 'Journey Across Russia' exposition clearly demonstrates the scale and uniqueness of our country — it is indeed a significant contribution to the promotion of domestic tourism. During the working meeting with tour operators, we discussed important organisational aspects that will be addressed to improve cooperation and integrate the centre into tourist routes," said Dmitry Manin.
The National Centre RUSSIA offers guided tours in several languages. Visits are free of charge upon prior registration on the website.
