State Duma deputy, chairwoman of the RRO OOGO "Union of Women of Russia" Larisa Tutova noted the symbolism of the gala concert taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
"It is very appropriate that today's wonderful event is taking place in the right location. The National Centre RUSSIA is truly our place of strength and place of pride for our country and for our girls who will take this stage today, who sing about home, about happiness, about life, about peace, about love, about family, about the Motherland. They sing about our Russian spiritual and moral values," said Larisa Tutova.
The evening program also included an awards ceremony for the project winners, performances by invited stars, and a fashion show by Russian designers. Special guests of the event were the bands "Korni" and "Katyusha."
The musical-patriotic project "Katyusha" is organized by Diverbium company, Katyusha production centre and the concert and production company T.E.M.A. with support from the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
