The National Centre RUSSIA hosted the premiere screening of the fantastic film "Mom"
The National Centre RUSSIA hosted the "Day of the Future" dedicated to the revival of film production for schoolchildren. The event was organized by the ANO "Centre for the Development of the Film Industry "Kir Bulychev Film Studio" and the National Centre RUSSIA. An important part of the day's program was the premiere screening of the fiction film "Mom", based on the works of Kir Bulychev.
The premiere was attended by 888 people. The story of the movie takes place in the future. A young enterprising guy Nikita, seeking to get rich by trading not too demanded virtual property in metauniverse, is obsessed solely with money. At the same time, he's selfish and inconsiderate of the people who love him — his mother and his girlfriend Anya — and eventually, during an accidental trip between worlds, he realizes he's losing both of them.
"I saw someone wiping tears — that means it works, that means it's real. The guys were genuinely trying. It was a difficult project, but we made it," said the president of ANO "Centre for the development of the film industry "Kir Bulychev Film Studio" Elbor Chernov.
In the Russia of the past, the main character of the picture meets himself, Anya and his mother, who died in the world of the future. Before the door between the worlds irreversibly closes, in the wildest and most unbelievable circumstances, he must find a way out and correct mistakes.
"I am glad that we managed not only to touch the hidden strings of the audience's soul, but also to play a melody on them. I hope that we will continue to be able to play such melodies, and that we together with you with the help of this energy will create the next picture," — said the general producer of ANO "Centre for the Development of the Film Industry "Kir Bulychev Film Studio," Dmitry Belosokhov.
The film directed by Dmitry Yendaltsev, that teaches an important lesson of love and selfless attention to family and friends, will be released in Russian movie theaters very soon — November 24, on Mother's Day in Russia. The main roles are played by Nikolai Novoselov, Angelina Pakhomova, Polina Kutepova, Nikita Tarasov, Mikhail Evlanov, Victoria Belosokhova, and others.
