The formula for successful entrepreneurship was outlined at the National Centre RUSSIA
Three inspiring success stories, whose key message resonates with the creative and professional ambitions of the younger generation, were heard by the audience of the talk show "Creators" on 22 November at the National Centre RUSSIA. The meeting became part of the programme of the forum "Creators. Year-End Results of Rosmolodezh.Enterprise and Rosmolodezh.Profi", one of the key events of the year in the field of youth entrepreneurship and professional development.
Italian pianist, TV presenter and blogger Lorenzo Bagnati shared how his love for Russian culture led him to Russia and helped him build a successful career in blogging and television. He offered practical advice on creating and maintaining a personal brand on social media.
"The interest you feel in real life can genuinely become the foundation of interest online. You do not have to start immediately with what you ultimately aspire to. You need to find a golden balance between what you are truly passionate about and what may appeal to a wider audience. For example, my main passion is classical music. But I understood that if I had started at once with Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff, the only person listening would have been my girlfriend’s grandmother. Gradually I came to being simply Lorenzo on social media, and now I feel much freer. Thanks to my blog, I gained completely new opportunities – television, travelling across Russia, meeting wonderful people. It is an incredible feeling when your passion opens the door to a new world," said Lorenzo Bagnati.
He paid particular attention to what drew him to Russia and made him stay here to live and work. He explained what the famous "breadth of the Russian soul" means to him and how it reveals itself across the country.
"Having visited more than 15 regions of Russia, I began to understand the depth and breadth of that Russian soul. Whether on Kamchatka, fishing on the same river as a bear, or in St Petersburg, performing at the Hermitage, or in small towns – there is something in common everywhere. It is the spirit of your authenticity, the same gatherings, heartfelt evenings, conversations with a guitar. I felt this folklore spirit in fairy tales and in the music of Stravinsky. It captivates us foreigners – and, I am sure, you yourselves as well. You should be proud of it and speak about it so that even more people fall in love with Russia," said Lorenzo Bagnati.
Founder of the media project ARTpatrul, co-owner and producer of Omelchenko Gallery, art dealer and auctioneer Yuri Omelchenko explained why creative people should become the new elite and how art shapes an environment in which goodness can thrive.
"Russia is a superpower also because of its cultural code. It was creators who glorified the country for centuries ahead. Our task is to search for new stars now, to give them a chance to leave beauty behind and glorify Russia many years from now. We truly have a vast country full of talented people. But the problem is that many are waiting for 'their' dealer or producer. This is why we must build bridges," said Yuri Omelchenko.
The talk show "Creators" at the National Centre RUSSIA demonstrated that despite different fields – art, blogging or business – the path to success is built on shared principles: genuine passion for one’s work, understanding one’s audience and readiness for constant growth.
