Sport for Everyone pavilion will host armwrestling and related disciplines competitions
01.29.2024
On January 30-31, Russian Sports Society Lokomotiv together with the Russian Armwrestling Federation will hold armwrestling and related disciplines competitions in the Sport for Everyone pavilion. Be sure to take part!
Armwrestling is a rather young sport that has been gaining popularity in the last twenty years. Much of this is due to its accessibility: anyone can get up at the table and prove their strength.
On January 30, there will be a competition on strict barbell curl on biceps. It should be reminded that for a long time the world record belonged to the famous armwrestler and multiple world champion Denis Cyplenkov. Each visitor will have an opportunity to beat his achievement - to do this you need to lift more than 113 kg! On the same day there will be an armwrestling tournament. There are several categories for athletes and visitors of the exposition: juniors up to 21 years old, adults, veterans, bloggers and absolute category. Try your strength in the fight with professionals!
On January 31, two classic armwrestling tournaments are waiting for the guests. As always, the participants will be divided into weight categories from 65 to 95+ kg. This is a great chance not only to practice at the table, but also to improve your technique and get advice from experienced athletes.
