Vadim Vernik introduced theater youth: the Days of Artistic Theater are held at the RUSSIA EXPO
The main characters of the first meeting were young actors of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater Polina Romanova, Anton Loban, Kuzma Kotrelev and Ilya Kozyrev. The host of the meeting Vadim Vernik spoke about the first achievements of these actors.
"All four participants of today's meeting are tightly engaged in the repertoire of the Art Theater," Vadim emphasized, "and in the recent premiere of As You Like It based on Shakespeare's play, they perform the lead roles wonderfully."
Conversation on stage was combined with play and musical fragments. Ilya Kozyrev recited the monologue "All the world's a stage" from As You Like It, and Polina Romanova and Anton Loban performed a duet scene from this play. Kuzma Kotrelev sang two of his own songs. Poems by Marina Tsvetaeva, Nikolai Rubtsov and Sergei Vikulov were also performed. In the finale of the meeting the young actors sang a New Year's song by Oskar Feltsman.
The next meeting will be held on January 12 at 15.00.
