Showcase of the country’s main achievements — Pelageya speaking about the National Centre RUSSIA
Singer
Pelageya, a frequent guest of the National Centre RUSSIA, undertook a new role
here for the first time — as a speaker of the "Russian Creative
Week", which took place from 25 to 27 September. She highly appreciated
the space of the National Centre RUSSIA in terms of holding the events that are
significant for the whole country.
"This
is my first time at the National Centre RUSSIA as a speaker, but I have
previously participated in many events which took place here, and they have
always been very large-scale, beautiful and significant," Pelageya said.
Speaking
about the modern music industry, she stressed the important role that the
regions play in the development of national culture. This idea echoes the
concept of the exposition "Region-2030. The Platform of the Future"
at the National Centre RUSSIA, which presents the history, traditions, sights
and achievements of each subject of the Russian Federation, and tells the
visitors about measures of state support for the regions.
"All the most interesting things are born in the regions. Then, of course, they get support and an easier way to reach a wide audience in big cities and capitals. But my life experience suggests that everything really starts in the remote places, because people there are more connected to their small homeland. And if they receive support and see some concrete prospects, instead of knocking on the closed doors for years, then of course, all this will develop locally," the artist is convinced.
Pelageya was the speaker at the session "From the Music Hits to Ideals", which was a part of the business programme of the VI Federal Forum-festival "Russian Creative Week". How Modern Music Shapes the Young People's Worldview." In particular, she stated that folk music resonates in the soul of every person, even if they live outside the traditional context, and also warned about the danger of putting folk music "on the assembly line."
Players, coaches, sports legends, partners and the club's management gathered under one roof.
On 27 September, classes for the first intake of the Young Tour Guides School of RUSSIA started at the National Centre RUSSIA in Primorye.
The newlyweds were given a sightseeing tour of the capital of the region.
