On 4 September, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin visited the Primorye branch of the National Centre RUSSIA. Inside the venue, the head of state left his signature on the wall bearing his quote.

Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Natalia Virtuozova and Governor of the Primorye region Oleg Kozhemyako invited President Vladimir Putin to leave a signature for the people of the Primorye region on the wall of the first branch.

The head of state accepted the invitation and signed the wall next to the stand "Master Plans of the Cities of the Primorye region" in the space of the Primorye branch of the National Centre RUSSIA, beneath his quote: "The Russian Far East will certainly be successful, just as the people living here see it and strive for it."

The autograph of the head of state can be seen by everyone visiting the Primorye branch of the National Centre RUSSIA.
