Vladimir Putin presented the Volunteer of the Year badge to Natalia Amineva: the award ceremony of the #WeAreTogether International Award
Russian President Vladimir Putin presented the Volunteer of the Year Award to Natalia Amineva of Voronezh at RUSSIA EXPO. The head of state attended the award ceremony for the winners of the #WeAreTohether International Award.
Natalia Amineva while working at the children’s ecological and biological center in 2017 created a children’s volunteer ecological detachment "Young Naturalists from "Rostok". The activists are engaged in environmental education. In addition, Natalia, together with her children, spouse and parents, helps the soldiers of the SMO. She knits socks, makes camouflage nets and trench candles.
"Today you work in almost all spheres of life in our society — health care, ecology, education — whatever it may be. But now, of course, I am addressing the Russian audience first, I would like to thank you especially for what you are doing to help our fighters who are on the front lines of the struggle for our country, for Russia. You are helping them directly on the front lines and their families in the rear, their mothers, fathers, their wives and their children — for all of this. And this is one of the most important tasks for us today. I bow to you", — the President said.
The Russian leader addressed the nominees for the Volunteer of the Year — 2023 award and the winners of the previous years' contest.
"While congratulating the winners, I would like to address all those who are gathered here, all those who received their awards and were recognized for their achievements during the competition. And I want to say, to end with what was just said here. The contest is called #WeAreTogether, and as long as we are together, we are invincible!" — Vladimir Putin pointed out.
The RUSSIA EXPO was opened on the territory of VDNH in Moscow on November 4, 2023 and will last 161 days — until April 12, 2024: from National Unity Day to Cosmonautics Day. The EXPO features 131 expositions, including stands of all 89 subjects of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the project is to present all the outstanding achievements of the country in various fields in a vivid and accessible way for a wide audience.
The integration of special military operation veterans into peaceful life and the interaction between regions and municipalities were discussed as part of the Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA".
The second All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland – the Strength of Russia" is taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
