At the gastronomic performance Dishes of the Kursk Region, visitors will learn recipes and try borsch made of sour beets, kulesh, dumplings with forest pears, nuts and an unusual Koren gingerbread with dill.

And until January 21 it will be possible to suggest a name for the bison cub, which will be first born in 2024 in the Central Bison Nursery of the Prioksko-Terrasny State Natural Biosphere Reserve.
