10 million guests visited the RUSSIA EXPO
The RUSSIA
EXPO was visited by the anniversary ten millionth guest: Konstantin Panfilov
from Yaroslavl. He came to the Exposition with his wife Ekaterina.
"It is
absolutely unexpected for us - this is the first time we have visited the
Exposition, and have got such a surprise. I am very happy that it happened like
this," said Konstantin Panfilov. "It's good that we arrived exactly
at this time," added his wife Ekaterina.
Konstantin
and his wife received a certificate from the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition
of Achievements "Russia"» and Rosatom State Corporation for a trip to
Murmansk to visit the world's first nuclear-powered vessel, the nuclear-powered
icebreaker "Lenin", and one of the universal nuclear-powered
icebreakers of FSUE Atomflot. In addition, during the trip they will get
acquainted with the famous Kola nuclear power plant. The family had never been
to the Russian North before.
"This
week is a very festive one for the Exposition: on April 4, we celebrated five
months since the beginning of our work. Today, April 6, our ten millionth guest
visited us. The secret of the popularity of the RUSSIA EXPO is that the whole
Russia is making it, and all our participants are passionate about it. We unite
the whole country and show what we are proud of. There is an atmosphere of love
and pride here, and this is what attracts people. Any day now the Exposition
will present a new large, unexpected, very bright spring-summer program.
Everything is just beginning!" noted Natalia Virtuozova, Director General
of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"».
A
sightseeing tour of Murmansk and an excursion to the village of Teriberka will
also be organized for the jubilee visitor. The organizers of the trip will
provide the jubilee guest and his wife with accommodation, as well as pay for
travel from Yaroslavl.
"The
trip will be very interesting. December 3 this year marks the 65th anniversary
of the raising of the national flag on the world's first nuclear icebreaker
"Lenin". This date is considered the birthday of the nuclear
icebreaker fleet. You will visit this historic vessel and the operating
icebreaker. You will be shown the control systems, the headquarters of naval
operations - and you will see how the fleet is managed. I am sure that such a
visit will not only be a vivid memory, but will also change your life,"
emphasized the Director General of FSBI "GlavSevmorput" Sergei Zybko.

Exposition passed the previous millionth mark on March 20 - the nine millionth
