Exercise with a champion, amazing water mosaics and an anti-stress toy: how to spend the Sunday at the RUSSIA EXPO
Before the
beginning of the working week, you need to have a good rest. And the best way
to do it is at the exposition - interesting and educational. In the morning,
you can exercise with an MMA fighter, then attend a panel discussion on family
business and get inspired to start a new enterprise. Parents and children will
also enjoy creative masterclasses and a lecture on the development of the
younger generation through movies and music.
Guests are
invited to the "Sports Russia" site. On May 12, MMA fighter Yuri
Ryaboy, a participant of TOPDOG, ARENA, and Fight Nights tournaments, will
conduct a workout. Immediately after exercising, the athlete will give a
masterclass on MMA techniques. Also, game sports zones for all ages and any
level of physical fitness will be available throughout the day.
