Exercise session with kickboxing master of sports Darya Merkulova was held at the RUSSIA EXPO
Master of
Sport in kickboxing, ten-time champion of Russia, finalist of world and
European championships Darya Merkulova held a sports warm-up at the
"Sports Russia" venue.
"I am
very glad that I was able to hold an exercise session for such wonderful,
positively charged people on this bright and sunny day. I was extremely pleased
that so many people came to the event. I myself was charged with vigor and
energy for the day," said Darya Merkulova.
At the end
of the training Darya Merkulova was awarded a special limited edition medal
"Sports Russia". In turn, the athlete handed over memorable awards to
the most active participants of the exercise and gave autographs.
On May 25,
the Main Street Stage will host the largest sports parade, which will be
attended by 2 thousand athletes and more than 5 thousand spectators. This is
the most spectacular event in the sports life of Russia in 2024, which will be
supported by boxers, swimmers, footballers, gymnasts, weightlifters, sambo
wrestlers, representatives of new sports. The initiative to revive sports
parades was supported by President Vladimir Putin.
The
International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country
gathered in one place. Throughout the Exposition, cultural events, a rich
business and educational program await the guests. The expositions of 89
Russian regions, leading federal agencies, corporations and public
organizations are presented to the visitors. More than 13 million people have
already visited the Exposition. The International RUSSIA EXPO takes place at
VDNH in Moscow from November 4 to July 8.
