Exercise with Russian synchronized swimmer Maria Kiseleva was held at the RUSSIA EXPO
The Marathon of Exercises at the RUSSIA EXPO continued with
a sports warm-up led by Russian synchronized swimmer, three-time Olympic
champion, three-time world champion, and nine-time European champion Maria
Kiseleva. The organizers of the workout were the RUSSIA EXPO and the
All-Russian Public Movement "Healthy Fatherland."
The Yaroslavl region and Sevastopol joined the exercise via
video link. Participants of the sports event exchanged greetings and shared
their impressions of the exercise with Denis Saltykov, the Minister of Sport of
the Yaroslavl region, and Umar Kremlev, the President of the International
Boxing Association.
"Special and intensive training requires preparation.
One cannot simply claim to be an athlete. This approach can harm yourself and
your body. It's essential to gradually transition to higher levels of training if
you want to reach a more professional level," said Maria Kiseleva.
Maria Kiseleva is a three-time Olympic champion in
synchronized swimming, Merited Master of Sports of Russia, and a sports
ambassador for the International RUSSIA EXPO.
At the end of the workout, Maria Kiseleva was awarded a
special limited-edition "Sports Russia" medal. This award can be
received by any visitor to the Exposition. To earn it, one must attend the
exercises, interact with athletes, and collect autographs. Guests who gather
eight different autographs by July 6 will receive their own "Sports
Russia" medal.
As part of the collaboration between the RUSSIA EXPO and the
All-Russian Public Movement "Healthy Fatherland," a series of mass
events is being held. Warm-ups featuring stars of domestic and international
sports take place on the Main Street Stage of the Exposition.
The International RUSSIA EXPO showcases the country's most
