Residents of the Far Eastern Federal District vote for regional achievements on the eve of the RUSSIA EXPO
Far Eastern regions are actively participating in the "Achievements.RF" project. About a hundred nominees have been put forward for the all-Russian voting. The main achievements of the Far Eastern Federal District will be presented at the International RUSSIA EXPO.
The regions of the Far Eastern Federal District have a lot to be proud of and to present at the International RUSSIA EXPO. One of the main development tracks is the tourist infrastructure. It is not surprising that the Kamchatka Valley of Geysers, the "Volcanarium" museum, and the "Beringia" festival are actively voted for. In the Trans-Baikal region the eco-resort "Kuka" is in the lead.
Meanwhile, residents of the Magadan region are grateful for projects to preserve the culture of local peoples. For example, last year Kolyma launched a handicraft project called "Mut omettu", which means "We are together", and which is now the leader in the list of the territory’s achievements.
Cultural projects have also been appreciated in the Far East. For example, in Primorsky region the festival-laboratory of modern theater "Immersion" is currently in the lead, and the jazz festival is in second place.
Aviation deserves special mention. In Khabarovsk region one of the leaders now is the Sukhoi Superjet 100 passenger airplane. And the Su-57 fighter jet, the best in the world in its generation, has received the most votes among all the achievements of the Far East.
However, there are also more down-to-earth but no less important achievements. For example, the construction of modern greenhouses provides residents with fresh vegetables all year round, even in permafrost areas. Residents of Chukotka, Yakutia and Sakhalin region cast their votes for greenhouses.
As a reminder, the achievements of the regions and the whole country will be presented at the International RUSSIA EXPO. The event will be held in Moscow at the VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024.
The event will feature a presentation of a collection of essays written by participants of the international project "Open Dialogue: The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth."
