It rests on columns and carries a sacral meaning in the form of a sacred threshold that spiritually purifies a person crossing it.

The Arch is crowned by a golden boat with a top, symbolizing the development of future port logistics in the region. The boat seems to float among the sacred lotuses growing in Kalmykia.

On the left side of the Arch is a statue of the Buddhist deity Green Tara. She represents the good deeds and wisdom of all Buddhas.

Also in the pavilion there will be a phygital studio, which includes a drone school and a zone of sports popular in Kalmykia: kickboxing, archery and chess. The head of Kalmykia Khasikov B.S. pays special attention to the development of sports in the region, he also heads the Russian Kickboxing Federation.
