As part of the "Region-2030" series of meetings, the Head of the Republic of Karelia, Artur Parfenchikov, presented the region’s development strategy for the coming years. He spoke about the development of the Arctic zone and the people who are moving to these territories to live and build their businesses. The presentation also featured a film about the history of Karelia and key chapters of its contemporary life.
