On 28 December, the festival "Winter Wizards" concluded at the National Centre RUSSIA, with its finale marked by the arrival of Kysh Babay from Tatarstan, who restored the New Year magic. The festival, held with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives (PFCI), presented Moscow residents with colourful theatrical performances introducing the legends of various peoples of Russia.
