As part of the Days of the Republic of Dagestan, a gastronomic master class was held at the National Centre RUSSIA. There, participants learned secrets of cooking traditional Dagestani dishes such as urbech and chudu. The event allowed the attendees to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Dagestani culture and hospitality, and to find new recipes.
