On the first day of the International Press Centre and the
Russia — Africa Media Forum at the National Centre RUSSIA, packed sessions and
discussions were held with the participation of media representatives from
Africa and Russia. As part of the forum, a number of cooperation agreements
between Russian and African media companies were signed. A highlight of the event was the guests’ participation in creating the collective art-object “Nevalyashki” (“the Roly-Poly Dolls”). They signed these colourful toys and inscribed their well-wishes on them.
