At the Asparagus Festival, guests were introduced to dishes made with fresh Russian asparagus and learned about its journey from field to table. A workshop and lecture for visitors of the Gastronomic Rows, as well as a large-scale performance, created an atmosphere for communication and exchange of experience among all attendees.
