A solemn ceremony dedicated to the opening of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye region was held in Vladivostok. The ceremony was attended by Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of the Primorye region, Konstantin Shestakov, Mayor of Vladivostok, as well as artists, youth groups, opera and ballet soloists, and ensembles. The culmination of the evening was a performance by the well-known Russian singer Eva Polna.
