Designer’s felting

The first felt producing workshops were set up as early as in the 16th century. Three hundred years later they started using special felting machines. Nowadays, masters of home felting are applying needlepoint techniques for the craft. Nadezhda Samsonova, a master from Omsk, is producing felted toys, hats, stoles, which give you warmth and coziness in any weather. The goods have been qualified as "Products of Folk Arts and Crafts of the Omsk region".
