For several years, craftspeople from Yekaterinburg have been creating wooden toys inspired by children's dreams and imagination. The "Cats in a Sack" play set includes 20 hand-carved wooden figures decorated with traditional Ural-Siberian folk painting. These charming handmade cats are part of an educational game inspired by the nature of the Urals and Siberian motifs. Each figure reflects one of the four seasons — winter, spring, summer or autumn — through a palette of soft, warm or vibrant colours.
