On May 16, the 13-millionth guest visited the International RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH. It was a resident of Surgut, Tatyana Yasyukovich.
Tatyana came to the Exposition together with her daughter and grandchildren - 16-year-old Vlad and 3-year-old Alexandra.
The family was given a two-day tour of the Kirov region, including the city of Kirov, which celebrates its 650th anniversary this year and is preparing a large festive program.
“The city's anniversary will be marked by a series of bright events. We consider it as the beginning of important large-scale changes in the region for many years to come, - emphasizes Alexander Sokolov, Governor of the Kirov region. - It is important for us that Kirov is associated with the richest traditions of Russia, a huge historical and cultural heritage, with comfort, tidiness, and hospitality”.
We would like to add that the family that received a tour to Kirov region was congratulated at VDNH by Evgeny Gabsamatov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Kirov region. The youngest member of the family - three-year-old Alexandra - was presented with a doll from the Kirov toy factory “Vesna” (lit. "Spring"), known throughout the country.
