Aikido with Steven Seagal, dancing and an active tour: sports Sunday at the RUSSIA EXPO
Spend your weekend at the Exposition in a lively and active way. Visitors can enjoy dancing, an unusual tour with elements of physical exercise, and a Martial Arts Festival, with the world-famous movie star and athlete Steven Seagal as an honorary guest.
ACTIVE TOUR "GET READY TO EXERCISE!" 14+
Professional trainers will lead participants in a morning exercise session at the picturesque locations of the RUSSIA EXPO, related to space, technology, health, family, and sports. Depending on the location, guests will perform the "friendship of peoples workout," "atomic workout," "space workout," "movie workout," and so on. The movements and rules for each exercise will vary at different points on the route.
The route includes the following locations (without entering the pavilions): Main Arch, Friendship of Peoples Fountain, Technograd, Sports Ground near Pavilion No. 61, Atom Pavilion, Space/Moskvarium Pavilion, Sochi Hill, and the Cinema Museum.

MOSCOW MARTIAL ARTS FESTIVAL 0+
We invite you to the Moscow Martial Arts Festival, which will take place at the "Sports Russia" venue! At 11:00, there will be a workout by aikido masters, and at 15:00, a dynamic ceremony with martial arts performances will begin, with Steven Seagal as the honorary guest. Throughout the day, martial arts and combat sports federations will conduct open training sessions and masterclasses.

An event dedicated to the modern Japanese physical and spiritual practice of Aikido. Masterclasses and lectures by renowned athletes on how to get into the sport and become a champion. Aikido training is designed so that everyone can practice comfortably: the exercises are the same for everyone, but each person chooses the pace that suits their goals and objectives. Aikido is versatile, allowing partners with different skill levels and physical parameters to train together effectively.

SPORTY WEEKENDS: DANCE WORKOUT 18+
The "Sporty Weekends" project offers the opportunity to engage in sports for free under the guidance of professional trainers. Visitors register for the event in advance, receive equipment upon arrival, and get energized by trainers from Moscomsport.

DANCE FLASH MOB "DANCE WITH THE YOUTH CAPITAL"
Together with Moscow artists, feel the heartbeat of the modern metropolis, which opens endless opportunities for self-realization. Stylized looks, easy-to-follow movements, and recognizable songs - our flash mob will introduce guests to the youth capital and is sure to be enjoyed by both adults and children.

The award ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian video essay contest "Dreams of the Future" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA on June 1, International Children's Day.
