Visitors to the Sber pavilion at the International RUSSIA EXPO can take a ride in a driverless bus. There they talk about autonomous driving technologies that will be introduced on the country’s roads in the coming years.

During a virtual ride, passengers are told about the advantages of transport that drives "by itself". For example, thanks to sensors, radars and cameras, the problem of blind spots disappears. And one no longer has to worry about accidents.

The car continuously receives and processes information about the road, pedestrians and other vehicles. The system makes decisions quickly and acts more efficiently than experienced drivers.

"I’ve been driving for 20 years, of course I realize that people themselves are to blame for the majority of all accidents. If you remove the human factor, the roads will become safer. I would definitely not refuse such an autopilot. If you get tired, you can give it the control", — Mikhail Belov, a visitor from the Tula region, shared his opinion.

In Sber pavilion you can also walk around the city of the future and live in the "Smart House", where household issues are solved literally at the snap of a finger.

It should be reminded that the VDNH in Moscow is hosting the International RUSSIA EXPO. The achievements of 89 regions of the country are presented here, as well as workshops, lectures, concerts, movie screenings and other events. The exposition is open until April 12, 2024, admission is free for everyone.
