The selection process for essay authors invited to participate in person at the open dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" has concluded at the National Centre RUSSIA. As a result of the competition, a list of 104 participants representing 42 countries has been formed. The expert selection of essayists was conducted in an interview format, said Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA.

"Over two weeks, we conducted more than 200 interviews with essay authors via videoconference. The selected works will not only be included in the collection summarizing the open dialogue but will also be presented at the event itself here at the National Centre from April 28 to 30. Participants can expect an intensive program, ranging from pitching their own ideas to discussions with world-class experts," noted Natalia Virtuozova.

The collection of works took place on the website dialog.russia.ru. Essays were accepted under four themes: "Investments in Human Capital," "Investments in Technology," "Investments in Environment," and "Investments in Communication." The majority of the submitted works focused on investments in people, covering topics such as education, youth policy, and the preservation of traditions. A significant portion of the essays explored investments in technology, addressing issues of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and labor productivity. Another important theme raised by project participants was connectivity, including the development of global trade, platform solutions, and digital currencies. The theme of investments in the environment was also reflected in the essays, with discussions on cities of the future, clean water, and climate.

As part of the open dialogue program "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth," essay authors will prepare their own presentations for pitch sessions. According to Doctor of Economics and Professor at Cadi Ayyad University, Fatima Arib, this large-scale project enables international experts to exchange experiences in overcoming global challenges.

"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the invitation to participate in the open dialogue. It is a great honor for me to accept this invitation and contribute to such an important event. As an economist specializing in sustainable development, I believe this dialogue offers a valuable opportunity for exchanging ideas and developing concrete solutions to address current global challenges. My contribution can provide a comprehensive perspective on how global growth can be not only sustainable but also fair and inclusive while tackling present environmental and social issues. I can also help guide discussions toward practical solutions based on data and concrete economic strategies," emphasized essay author Fatima Arib.

The open dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" will bring together not only essayists but also global experts from leading analytical centers, development institutions, higher education, government institutions, business associations, youth organizations, the scientific community, and journalism. Scholars, economists, students, and young professionals from around the world will define the directions of the global future.

Anyone interested can attend the open dialogue program "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth." Registration is open on the National Centre RUSSIA website in a dedicated section.
