Bobyshki with Don crayfish and kundyumy with lamb - Lipetsk region invites to a gastronomic performance
On the Day
of the Region at the RUSSIA EXPO, the Lipetsk region will present a gastronomic
musical in the style of folk festivals - Carols from Hut to Hut. Together with
the guests of the House of Russian Cuisine we will immerse ourselves in the New
Year's atmosphere on the Lipetsk land - cheerfully, noisily, with carols!
HUT NO. 1
• Odnodvortsy cheese pancakes in collaboration with the producer LLC
Lebedyanmoloko, served with Lebedyan sour cream;
• New
Year's Eve goose in Odnodvortsy style (Odnodvortsy - a historical social group
of the Russian gentry);
•samovar
with archaeological tea (collection of thyme, strawberry, wild mint,
strawberry, hawthorn from the Lipetsk land)
HUT NO. 2
• kundyumy
with lamb sous-vide with honey is an old Russian dish, which is a sort of
pelmeni dumplings;

PRESENTATION
OF PRODUCERS AND TASTING:
1. Street merchants will offer guests of the
House of Russian Cuisine gingerbread and pastries from the manufacturer JSC
Company Limak.
2. "Rejuvenating Apples" - fruits from
the company Agronom Garden.
3. Romanovsky Ded Moroz treats to ice cream and
unique Ice Cream milk shakes from the Dairy Plant LLC Koloss (Kuzminki Milk)
and Lipetsk Khladokombinat.
