Bobyshki with Don crayfish and kundyumy with lamb - Lipetsk region invites to a gastronomic performance

On the Day of the Region at the RUSSIA EXPO, the Lipetsk region will present a gastronomic musical in the style of folk festivals - Carols from Hut to Hut. Together with the guests of the House of Russian Cuisine we will immerse ourselves in the New Year's atmosphere on the Lipetsk land - cheerfully, noisily, with carols!

HUT NO. 1

• Odnodvortsy cheese pancakes in collaboration with the producer LLC Lebedyanmoloko, served with Lebedyan sour cream;

• New Year's Eve goose in Odnodvortsy style (Odnodvortsy - a historical social group of the Russian gentry);

•samovar with archaeological tea (collection of thyme, strawberry, wild mint, strawberry, hawthorn from the Lipetsk land)

HUT NO. 2

• kundyumy with lamb sous-vide with honey is an old Russian dish, which is a sort of pelmeni dumplings;

• bone marrow with green buckwheat;

• tincture Hostess of the Mountain in a specialty serving.

HUT NO. 3.

3.  Romanovsky Ded Moroz treats to ice cream and unique Ice Cream milk shakes from the Dairy Plant LLC Koloss (Kuzminki Milk) and Lipetsk Khladokombinat.
