More than 100 couples apply for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival in 2027
The "Avtoradio Big Disco" festival at the VTB Arena — Lev Yashin Dynamo Central Stadium in Moscow became one of the most romantic events of this summer. Registration opened on 4 July for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival, which will be held in summer 2027 at the National Centre RUSSIA. Around 100 couples in love have already registered to unite their hearts at the large-scale celebration of love, family and fidelity, continuing a tradition that brings together newlyweds from across the country.
The music festival featured performances by Basta, Yegor Creed, Zivert, ANNA ASTI, Ivanushki INTERNATIONAL, Zvonky, Tatyana Bulanova, Gorod 312, Stas Mikhailov and many other stars. Famous artists were not the only ones to take the stage. In front of an audience of thousands, Maxim Kuchin, a young man from the Nizhny Novgorod Region, told his love story and proposed to his beloved Natalia Khamzina. She said, "Yes." Maxim and Natalia thus became the first couple to register for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival in 2027 at the National Centre RUSSIA.
Svetlana Sanayeva, Head of the Directorate for Culture at the National Centre RUSSIA, congratulated the future newlyweds and announced the opening of registration for the festival: "Very soon, on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, the III All-Russian Wedding Festival will be held at the National Centre RUSSIA. More than 100 couples from across the country will say the cherished 'I do'. The event was held for the first time in 2024, and since then more than 400 couples have united their hearts. This year, the festival is expanding beyond Moscow. It will be held in Khanty-Mansiysk, Krasnoyarsk and Vladivostok. Today, we opened registration for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival. And we already have our first couple. Maxim and Natalia, we wish you happiness, health and good luck, and we will see you at the festival."
Other guests of the "Avtoradio Big Disco" followed Maxim and Natalia's example. Applications could be submitted during the celebration. As a result, around 100 couples registered for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival.
Three couples who will unite their hearts on 8 July this year at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival also took part in the "Avtoradio Big Disco". They included Timur Valiyev and Lyudmila Chertkoyeva from the Republic of North Ossetia — Alania, Yaroslav Rudenko and Alyona Syrkova from the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Ruslan Vyatkin and Antonina Sergeyeva from the Moscow Region. They encouraged all couples in love not to be afraid of bold decisions and to take part in the celebration of love next year.
"Today, we stepped onto a big stage for the first time, and we were so nervous that it took our breath away. But being together gave us support, and together we are not afraid of anything. We wish everyone who has not yet found their other half to find them as soon as possible, because registration for the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival in 2027 has already opened. There are so many people here today, and it would be wonderful if some of them decided to unite their hearts at the National Centre RUSSIA," Timur and Lyudmila said.
Combat veteran Ruslan Vyatkin, originally from Novosibirsk, and doctor Antonina Sergeyeva from Tula shared their emotions ahead of the upcoming celebration: "We are sure that by talking about our upcoming wedding today, we inspired many couples in love to follow our example, because even when we told our friends and colleagues at home about the festival, everyone immediately became interested and asked how they could take part. For us, getting married at the All-Russian Wedding Festival means being part of a great country, sharing traditions and family values with other loving couples and, of course, being part of one great family of families."
Yaroslav Rudenko, originally from the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Alyona Syrkova from Arkhangelsk said that it was a great honour for them to represent their home regions at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival.
"We really want to represent our home regions with dignity at the Wedding Festival and tell our love story. We want to show other people that it does not matter where you are — you can find your other half anywhere in the Russian Federation. We also want to show by our own example to everyone who is hesitant to take the step towards starting a family that a life together can be fun and wonderful. We have known each other for eight years, but we also hesitated for a long time before getting married. Now we have made the decision, and we are very happy," Yaroslav and Alyona said.
The III All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts" will be held on 8 and 9 July 2026. The National Centre RUSSIA is organising the festival jointly with the Moscow Government and the Moscow Civil Registry Office.
Applications to take part in the IV All-Russian Wedding Festival can be submitted on the National Centre RUSSIA website.
