More than 3,000 young entrepreneurs and professionals summed up the year at "Creators" at the National Centre RUSSIA
The final event of Rosmolodezh.Enterprise and Rosmolodezh.Profi, "Creators", which brought together more than 3,000 young people, was held on 22 November at the National Centre RUSSIA. Young entrepreneurs, professionals, and students from across the country gathered to review the year’s results, share experience, and identify new directions for the development of their businesses and careers.
"Over this year, we have held more than 1,000 events within Rosmolodezh.Enterprise, the specialised programme for young entrepreneurs. More than 36,000 young people across the country have taken part in Rosmolodezh.Profi projects. Participants are proposing solutions for the processing industry and agriculture, developing IT technologies and the creative industries and launching social enterprises. As part of the national projects 'Youth and Children' and 'Personnel', we support the initiatives of young entrepreneurs and pay particular attention to developing early-career specialists, so that young people can realise their ideas in Russia and implement their business projects across the country," said Director of Rosmolodezh Grigory Gurov.
At the "Creators" marathon, Rosmolodezh.Enterprise and Tavrida.ART presented their joint project "Youth Code". It brought together representatives of the creative industries, public authorities and youth organisations to discuss current issues in visual communication with young audiences. Participants reviewed interim results of the "Youth Code" project and presented the findings of a study on the role of visual communication for the younger generation.
"The 'Youth Code' project is the result of a year-long effort by a large team. It is symbolic that we are completing its main stage at the National Centre RUSSIA – a place that brings together everything our country takes pride in. Today, young people have a strong demand for finding visual and language identity. That is why we brought together young creators, designers and marketers to hear how they see themselves and what language they want to speak. We see that the younger generation is proud of the traditions and achievements of the past and present and is ready to build on them. The ideas developed by the participants together with established professionals may become a foundation for the visual style of youth projects and programmes," noted Director of Rosmolodezh Grigory Gurov.
