The future of the family to be discussed at the first event of the National Centre RUSSIA
An open discussion titled "The Future of the Family: Involvement, Responsibility, Traditions" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA as part of the "Inventing the Future" Symposium. Participants will discuss how global transformations impact family structures and how relationships are evolving within this essential social institution.
The main focus will be on family values and the upbringing of new generations in the age of digitalization. Experts will address critical issues related to the family’s evolving role in society and new approaches to parenting.
During the discussion, experts will try to define the "ideal" family model of the future and predict family structures future generations might aspire to. They will also examine the transformation of gender roles within the family and changes in the distribution of responsibilities.
The discussion will be moderated by Nikita Pimenov, journalist and host of the "Good Morning" program on Channel One.
Invited experts include Sergei Pereslegin, a leading expert in futurology and scientific director of the Sociosoft project, and Vladimir Pirozhkov, Managing Director of the Sber Design Laboratory. The event will also feature writer and public figure Oleg Roy, as well as writer Diana Mashkova, founder of the family-oriented NPO "Family Alphabet. " Elena Mikhaylova, Advisor to the General Director of VCIOM, and Archpriest Fyodor Borodin, rector of the Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian, will also share their views on the future of the family. International experts will also join the discussion – they include Indian archaeologist Sushma Mani, Serbian activist Vesna Veizovic, and John Molera, Director of Legal Affairs for the Communist Party of the USA.
From November 4 to 6, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the International Symposium "Inventing the Future." The participants will include scientists and researchers, futurologists and forecasters, science fiction writers, and representatives of the authorities.
The Symposium will become a unique international platform for open dialog, where the scenarios of human development and global challenges of our time will be discussed. The program includes more than 60 events in four areas: the future of human, the future of technology, the future of the multipolar world and the future of civilization.
The event will be attended by scientists, futurologists, government and business representatives from more than 40 countries, including Austria, Argentina, India, China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others.
The Symposium program is published on the website https://future.russia.ru/. Broadcasts of the events will also be available there during the days of the Symposium.
As part of the opening of the Symposium, an exposition will be launched that will support the idea of a human-centric dialogue about the future of the world. The exposition will allow each visitor to realize the importance of personal contribution to the future.
The integration of special military operation veterans into peaceful life and the interaction between regions and municipalities were discussed as part of the Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA".
