I’m proud to be from Irkutsk — as I always say, people of Siberia are special people, they have a unique identity. They are kind, open-hearted, friendly and are always willing to stand for each other. I’m happy to represent Irkutsk region at the RUSSIA EXPO this fall", — Matsuev stated.
