DENIS MATSUEV INVITED RESIDENTS AND GUESTS OF THE CAPITAL TO VISIT THE INTERNATIONAL RUSSIA EXPO THIS FALL
In his address, the famous virtuoso pianist tells about the Siberian character and his native region — Irkutsk.
"Wherever I play, if a person approaches me and he is from Irkutsk, he automatically becomes my relative. Irkutsk is always in my heart and soul. I’m proud to be from Irkutsk — as I always say, people of Siberia are special people, they have a unique identity. They are kind, open-hearted, friendly and are always willing to stand for each other. I’m happy to represent Irkutsk region at the RUSSIA EXPO this fall", — Matsuev stated.
In Russian folk culture, wreaths hold special meaning, which is why many people decorate their homes with them in the run-up to the New Year.
The final volunteer appreciation ceremony was held on 26 December at the National Centre RUSSIA.
