Plant Your Family Tree project at the Primorye region stand

On February 8, the Primorye region stand invites you to take part in a family environmental campaign of online tree planting in small towns and settlements most affected by typhoons (Spassk-Dalny, Vladimir-Alexandrovsky municipal district, Bolshoi Kamen, Nakhodka, Slavyanka, Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Dalnerechensk, Dalnegorsk).

To plant a tree, just select the type of tree on the touch panel, indicate the place of planting on the interactive map, enter your personal data and press the "Send" button. The participants of the campaign will receive a notification about the date of planting a named tree in the nearest planting season, as well as photo and video confirmation.

The goal of the project is not only to draw public attention to the problems of plantation preservation, but also to form a careful attitude of children and their parents to the environment, to instill environmental standards in the relationship between man and nature. The event is organized by the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences with the support of the Primorye region government.
