Expert from Brazil Hugo Mathecowitsch invites participants to the Open Dialogue at the National Centre RUSSIA
From 27 to 29 April, the II Open Dialogue "The Future
of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth" will take place at the
National Centre RUSSIA. Participants can expect lectures by international
experts, pitch sessions and presentations of essay projects, networking, and
exchange of experience. Specialists and essay authors from more than 40
countries will take part in the discussions.
Hugo Mathecowitsch, founder of Tools for the Commons from
Brazil, will выступить as an expert at the session "Investments in
technology" and will speak about digital citizenship. He proposes
separating the concepts of where one lives and where one conducts business. In
his view, it is possible to choose a country for business, banking, and taxes
independently, without having to leave home and relocate.
"What if we could choose our country regardless of
where we were born or physically reside? I believe this is possible — through
tools such as digital special economic zones or e-residency programmes. This is
exactly the area I work in," said Hugo Mathecowitsch.
The event at the National Centre RUSSIA will bring together
participants from all continents to discuss key global development trends. This
year, 104 authors from 43 countries advanced to the in-person stage of the Open
Dialogue following interviews. The large-scale three-day programme will combine
expert discussions, presentations by the authors of the best essays from across
the world, and informal networking.
The initiative is implemented by the National Centre RUSSIA
in partnership with the Centre for Cross-Industry Expertise "Third
Rome" with the support of the Presidential Executive Office of Russia. Registration
for the II Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for
Global Growth" is open until 26 April.
"INNOPROM. Central Asia" is an international industrial trade fair aimed at developing trade and industrial cooperation.
The students were shown how a typical hour of broadcasting is structured: music segments, editorial features, advertising blocks, and presenter links.
